Cisco Small and Medium Business Flash Piece

2008 Agency: Clear Ink - Flash piece that acts as a video librarian, interviewing visitors with a series of questions and then putting together a set of suggested videos. My role was to help plan the project, then do the Flash coding and production. Read more and visit the live site

Sun Microsystems SunWeb Employee Intranet

2007-2008 Agency: Clear Ink - Conducted interviews and planning sessions with high-level, Sun executives and technical staff. Developed technical and organizational recommendations for the redevelopment of Sun’s Employee Intranet serving over 33,000 global employees with over 1,000,000 documents

Autodesk Geospatial Resource Center

2007-2008 Agency: Clear Ink - Managed a team of developers and worked directly with the client to implement and maintain a web site promoting five of Autodesk’s geospatial products with over 100 videos, tutorials, audio files and other resources using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Flash, MySQL and a home-grown, open source, PHP framework called FreeEnergy. Hewlett Packard iPaq Navigate

2007-2008 Agency Clear Ink - Managed a team of developers and worked directly using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Adobe Flash to implement and maintain a web site that promotes and allows users to configure HP’s handheld GPS navigation product. Worked with 3rd party developers to interface front-end code with back-end components.

John Muir Health Web Site Redesign

2007 Agency: Clear Ink - Developed information architecture, prototyping and strategic recommendations for a web site promoting a major San Francisco Bay area hospital and health care group. Managed a team of developers and worked directly using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Flash, MySQL and a home-grown, open source, PHP framework called FreeEnergy to implement and maintain over 1,200 pages of content and over a 20 database driven web applications, including ecommerce class registration, physician directory, news, events and a system that allows patients to pre-register for childbirth and other procedures. 2007 Agency: Clear Ink - Worked with designers and information architects to implement a front-end for Sun’s web-based server management and virtualization product. Led a team of internal staff, contract developers and worked directly with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the ZK Ajax framework to interface with back-end components built by Sun developers. University of California, Berkeley Campus-wide Events Calendar

2006 Agency: Clear Ink - Coordinated a team of internal staff, UC Berkeley developers, contractors and worked directly to implement a comprehensive, campus-wide, online, calendar system serving over 35,000 students and faculty and hundreds of departments and campus organizations using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, MySQL and a home-grown open source PHP framework called FreeEnergy. Developed web-based administrative tools and an XSLT-based templating system to allow various departments and campus organizations the freedom to administer and customize their own public calendars. Autodesk HUB / Offer Center

2005-2007 Agency: Clear Ink - Worked as a programmer on a team using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash, Oracle and a home-grown open source PHP framework called FreeEnergy to design, implement and maintain a system for managing hundreds of promotional offers, data collection forms and cross promotions across nearly all of Autodesk’s product lines.

San Francisco Giants Community Fund Web Site

2003-2005 Agency: Gumas Advertising - Designed, developed and maintained a web site to promote the Giants non-profit activities with functionality for news, events, newsletter subscriptions, product purchase and donations using Adobe Photoshop, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash, MySQL and PHP.

Tom Peters Web Site Development

2001-2003 Agency: Metaphor Studio - Designed, developed and maintained a web site promoting the products and services of best-selling management guru Tom Peters with early examples of blogs and, with a large online store and data collection systems using Adobe Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, JSP, ASP and Miva Merchant.

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center Web Site Development

1999-2001 Agency: eCustody - Designed, developed and maintained a web site promoting a large museum under construction in Cincinnati with a database-driven content management system and data collection form using Adobe Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server and ASP.

MailGadget Web-based Email and Collaboration Tool

1999-2001 Agency: eCustody - Designed, developed and maintained a web-based email and collaboration tool using Adobe Photoshop, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, ASP and Visual Basic COM objects to offer subscription clients as an alternative to Microsoft Outlook with functionality for email, contact management, calendaring, tasks and integrated web site content management.

Cinergy / Duke Energy – Web Site Content Development

1998 Agency: One Net Communications - Formated hundreds of pages of content into HTML as part of a larger web redesign project for Cincinnati’s gas and electric company.
