Our name comes from the historic street that runs north to south through the center of Cincinnati and our office is located at the corner of Vine Street and Central Parkway in the Gateway District that links the neighborhoods of Over-the-Rhine and the Central Business District.
Vine Street Interactive was started in 2008 growing out of Mark Celsor’s work as a freelance web developer after his return to Cincinnati form years living in the San Francisco Bay Area.

- Identify the tasks required to finish the project.
- Create an estimate of hours for all of the tasks. (usually based on a rate of $90/hour)
- Build a schedule and identify more resources to help out if necessary.
- Start the project and keep you informed about the status of tasks, schedule and budget so there are no surprises.
- Listen to your feedback through scheduled revision cycles and make sure you’re getting exactly what you want.
- Complete, rigorously test and launch the project!
- Send you an invoice at the end of the project or at the end of each month for longer term projects. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice.

Mark Celsor is a web developer and strategy expert based in Cincinnati, Ohio with a unique mix of technical, creative and business sensibilities and over a decade of experience in the Internet marketing and technology industry.
Mark completed his first, small, freelance, web development project back in the Internet’s Paleolithic era of the mid-1990s and went on the serve as the technical lead on major projects for Adobe, Autodesk, Cisco, Hewlett Packard, the San Francisco Giants, SanDisk, Sun Microsystems, best-selling, management guru Tom Peters and the University of California, Berkeley.
Mark breaks cleanly from the stereotypes of the cloistered, programmer geek, hunched over his computer avoiding sunlight. Mark is down to earth and loves to work directly with people to come up with simple, practical solutions to complex problems, though he does occasionally sport thick-rimmed glasses to remind people that he’s still a nerd.
